Abstract
Phytochemistry, a peer-reviewed journal established in 1961, is the official publication of the Phytochemical Society of Europe and the Phytochemical Society of North America. Its scope encompasses plant chemistry and molecular biology. It is divided into seven distinct sections of interest in the field, including metabolism and ecological biochemistry. It is published 12 times a year and has a 2013 impact factor of 3.350. The journal is indexed in 15 different databases and is edited by Norman Lewis and Richard Robins.
