Amazing way to take Aguaje in its natural form, to help balance the hormonal and menstrual cycle; for women. My periods are very bad and painful for me, so I decided to try this fruit after hearing another girl's story of how it helped her. This powder was a cheaper way of taking it than in pill form. I also believe my body obsorbs it better. I put it in my morning shake, but I can also swallow it with plain water if needed, because of the high quality; it has a rather neutral taste. I'm happy to know I am getting a natural form of it. Also, as a side note...I think it maybe because of its hormonal effects, changed the shape of my body a little; but in a good way. It tends to round out your womanly curves, in a sense. Like your butt.
