Love this as an alternative in our smoothies to our organic rice protein (trying to keep the arsenic intake at low low levels). The taste is very earthy, but we mix it with sweeter, yummy other organic bone broth powder and other organic protein powders like Garden of Life's pea protein powders.

I am very happy that I found this product. I bought it for my husband who has a busy construction business and does physical work everyday. He was lacking protein in his diet and this is just what he needs now to stay strong. Ill be adding it to his smoothies every morning - super excited! Thank you.

Its got a lot of great stuff in it that I need being celiac and vegan. I tried it in my zucchini stir fry and it was not bad. You can definitely taste it but it was good. I tried it next in my split pea soup. Nope wont do that again. The taste was overwhelming the peas. I cant imagine putting it in a smoothie. But I will continue using in my veggie stir frys. The taste is an earthy ethnic spice type taste. Thats the best I can describe it.Update: Surprisingly, it tastes alright in yougurt.
