  • 1/2 cup of pecans (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

This quick and nutritious granola is made with wholesome ingredients like quinoa, oats, and pecans for an extra-crunchy texture. Naturally sweetened with honey and cranberries, lightly spiced with cinnamon, and packed with flavor and nutrients, it's perfect for fueling your day!

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the honey and coconut oil.(3 minutes)
  2. Once the mixture begins to bubble, stir in the oats, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Cook while stirring constantly for 6-8 minutes, until the liquid evaporates and the granola turns golden.(8 minutes)
  3. Remove from heat, then mix in the dried cranberries and quinoa crispies.(2 minutes)
  4. Spread the granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool, allowing it to become extra crunchy. Enjoy!
