  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

This vibrant fruit salad is bursting with juicy berries, pineapple, kiwi, and citrusy flair. A drizzle of zesty honey-lime dressing enhances natural sweetness, while chia adds a gentle crunch. Topped with crispy quinoa, it's a nutrient-packed upgrade to a familiar favorite, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a wholesome snack.

  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, and grapes.(3 minutes)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange and lime juices, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.(3 hours)
