Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons of HerbaZest Nettle Tea (heaping)
  • 2 inches of ginger (peeled & sliced)
  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 teaspoons of honey (or to taste; optional)

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, nettle tea, and ginger root.(2 minutes)
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.(12 minutes)
  3. Remove from heat, strain, and mix in the honey.(2 minutes)
  4. Pour into cups and enjoy!
