  • 1/3 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon of chive (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)

Directions

It's no secret that store-bought ranch dressing is packed with saturated fats, sodium, and preservatives. Thankfully, this homemade ranch dressing is easy, healthy, and cost effective. It uses Greek yogurt and buttermilk as the base along with lots of herbal flavor boosters and aromatics, like chives, parsley, mustard, powdered onions, and garlic.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Place in the fridge to chill. Then transfer to a jar and enjoy!(5 minutes)
