Directions

Also known as Italian Camille cookies, these charming dome-shaped treats are made with carrots, almonds, and oats, offering a soft, tender texture and a naturally wholesome flavor. They strike the perfect balance between being enjoyable and satisfying, making them an excellent snack or light dessert. For a touch of elegance, dust them with powdered sugar, or enjoy them plain with a warm cup of tea.

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for about one minute until smooth.(1 minute)
  2. Transfer the batter into a silicone dome mold, ensuring each cavity is filled evenly.(3 minutes)
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (176°C) for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.(40 minutes)
  4. Allow the domes to cool slightly before carefully removing them from the mold. Set the domes on a cooling rack to cool completely.
  5. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
