  • 1 mango (medium; peeled and cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Lucuma Powder
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin (unflavored)
  • 3 tablespoons of water (hot)
  • Favorite topping (e.g, condensed milk, pistachios - optional)

Directions

Blended with Greek yogurt for extra richness and set with a touch of gelatin, this pudding chills to a silky perfection in just a few hours.

  1. Place the mango and Greek yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.(3 minutes)
  2. Add the lucuma powder and blend to mix.(1 minute)
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add it to the blender and blend until well incorporated.(2 minutes)
  4. Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.(3 hours)
