- Soak the dates in hot water for 10–15 minutes to soften.(15 minutes)
- In a blender or food processor, pulse oats, almonds, walnuts, and cocoa powder until coarse.(3 minutes)
- Add drained dates, espresso, puffed quinoa, and a pinch of salt. Blend into a sticky mixture.(3 minutes)
