This creamy and heavenly delicious smoothie is rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber from peanuts, flax, bananas, and quinoa. Naturally sweet and refreshing, it can be enjoyed as breakfast, a mid-morning snack, or a post-workout boost.
- Place the frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk for a less thick smoothie.(3 minutes)
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with quinoa pop (and cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips, if using). You can also melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over your smoothie.(2 minutes)
