- In a large bowl, mix together the instant oats, ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sacha inchi powder.(3 minutes)
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.(3 minutes)
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. The mixture will be sticky.(2 minutes)
- Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.(30 minutes)
