In this refreshing and energizing juice, the sweetness of pineapple is balanced out with the earthiness of beets, the spiciness of ginger, and the bitterness of kale. It's rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that can help boost your immune system, improve your digestion, and detoxify your body.

  1. Wash the ingredients and prepare them for juicing: peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes; cut the bottom and top off the beets, and then slice them into smaller pieces.(5 minutes)
  2. Add the ingredients to a juicer, alternating between beets, kale, pineapple, and ginger. Pour into glasses and enjoy!(5 minutes)
