  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or paste)
  • 3/4 cups of almond milk (or other non-dairy option)
  • Sea salt (a pinch)

Directions

Smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet, this salted date caramel sauce is a wholesome indulgence—without added sugar. Made with rich Medjool dates, non-dairy milk,
vanilla, and a touch of sea salt, it delivers a luscious caramel-like flavor with the perfect hint of saltiness. Drizzle it over ice cream, swirl it into yogurt, or use it as a dip for fresh fruit—this fiber-rich treat is as delicious as it is nourishing!

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10–15 minutes to soften, then drain.(15 minutes)
  2. Add them to a blender with the non-dairy milk, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend until smooth, starting with ¾ cup of milk for a thicker texture. If you prefer a thinner consistency, slowly add up to ¼ cup more milk, blending until it’s just right.(3 minutes)
  3. Use right away or store in the fridge for later!
