Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of lemon verbena tea (heaping; loose leaves)
  • 16 ounces of water (boiling)
  • Lemon (or lime slices; optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of honey (optional)

Its anti-inflammatory qualities also ease digestive discomfort, reducing bloating and promoting gut health. This light, citrusy lemon verbena infusion is an ideal choice for winding down after a long day or finding relief after a heavy meal.

  1. Place the loose lemon verbena leaves in two cups. Pour hot water over them and let them steep for 5-10 minutes.(10 minutes)
  2. Strain, add lemon slices, and sweeten with honey (optional). Enjoy!
