  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flake
  • 1/4 cup of dried crabnberry (or raisins)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

Directions

These delicious trail mix granola bars with sacha inchi are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and are free from preservatives, offering a truly wholesome and nutritious treat.   1. In a bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.(2 minutes)
  2. Add the maple syrup and mix well so that everything is coated.(3 minutes)
  3. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Gently press it down with the back of a spoon so that it is even.(3 minutes)
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool completely.(30 minutes)
