Abstract
This book series, formerly known as Advances in Food Research, began publication in 1948. The chapters in each volume are authored by experts and prominent scientists in diverse fields. For the past several years, the series has published three volumes annually. Some volumes focus on a single theme, such as "Specialty Wines" and "Nutritional Benefits of Kiwifruit." The series is primarily edited by Steve Taylor and is indexed by PubMed.
