Abstract
The American Journal of Clinical Dermatology is a peer-reviewed publication devoted to the latest emerging advances in the field of dermatology. It publishes new clinical studies as well as reviews concerned with dermatological disorders, management protocols, and new procedures for their treatment. The journal was established in the year 2000, and new issues come out six times a year, although the exact frequency varies. The current editor-in-chief is Kathy Fraser, and the 2013 impact factor is of 2.519. The journal is abstracted and indexed in SciSearch, EBSCO, SCOPUS, PubMed/Medline, and Google Scholar.
