This book gives a short but informative explanation of these elements, as well as other nutrients, and how to assimilate them into the diet. It also details what happens in the body when these nutrient levels are deficient and how to improve eating habits.
About the Author
Bernard Jensen is an iridologist who graduated from the West Coast Chiropractic College. He has been involved in holistic health for over 60 years, 40 of which he operated his own sanitariums in California. During his career, he has written over 40 books on natural health.
