About the Author
Penelope Ody is a certified herbalist who practiced actively for 11 years. Nowadays, in addition to freelance writing, she gives talks on herbalism and teaches courses in Hampshire, U.K., where she resides. In her career, she has penned over 20 books relating to herbal medicine, including the Chinese Medicine Bible and Herbs for a Healthy Pregnancy.
